Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we operate a no-refund policy. However, a full refund may be issued for returned item(s) if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
